Shipping/Delivery
- We use Canada Post, Purolator or other reputed companies to deliver your orders.
- Your orders generally get delivered from our office to the courier company by the next business day.
- Courier companies then promise 2-7 business days for the delivery, depending on your location.
- Courier companies require us to provide them as much complete address as possible for shipping including house/shop number, street name or number, city, province, postal code etc.
- Incomplete addresses cause delays to deliveries and/or complete return of the parcel.
- Order values of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Orders are processed and delivered Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
Exchange/returns

- If the received goods are defective, we will gladly replace them with another piece.
- Before returning the defective products, we suggest contacting our customer service using the contact form or email for troubleshooting.

- Within 3 days of receiving the package back, your full refund will be processed the same way you made your payment.
